robot idea

Hello, I am an MT4 user.
I am not a professional tracer and have lost a lot of money in trading.
However, I think I have come up with a very simple robot idea that I think is effective.
My idea is simply to use the mooving average curves in H1, H4, D1, W1 ...
the idea being during a crossing opening of a Buy and closing of a sell and vice versa. The curves will be parameters in 8 and 13. there will necessarily be closures at loss but at cumulative gains.
What do you think and is there a parametrator who can help me with the making of this robot ?? I think it can be used on all FOREX pairs without delaying intervention.
