i would try a backtester with a simple strat:
open a pos when level of adx is above (x):
- atm if rsi is above 50,it's a buy
- atm if rsi is below it's a short.
The pos is automaticaly close when rsi come back below ou above 50

- atm if rsi is above 50,it's a buy
- atm if rsi is below it's a short.
The pos is automaticaly close when rsi come back below ou above 50

When a pos is automaticaly close, if ADX is always above X value, new order is open in the opposite.

When a pos is automaticaly closed, if ADX is always above X, so open a new order in the opposite with same rules.
