Automatic Open position at session open.

I am after a strategy that opens a trade at the session open. Will need to be able to pick the session eg Sydney, Tokyo, London, New York.

When the session opens it should open a trade in the desired direction.
The strategy also needs to have a negative offset option so in the event the price is 1.2530 when the market opens and the negative offset is set to -10 the strategy will create a entry buy order at 1.2520.

One final paramater is to only have the strategy create the position if the 1hr RSI is above 50 or which ever rsi level the trader dictates to be the middle line.
