Detect the last valid trading day of the month

Hi...
I need a script, EA, or Indicator, or just the code, (on mql4) to detect the last valid trading day of the month ..
If 31 of month is Sunday, i need to close my trades on Friday 29.
if first day of month is Sunday,and month has 30 days, the last day should be 29 Friday.
If it is February and 28 is on Saturday, 27 Friday should be the last day.
and so on...
Is it possible?
