TO MAKE AN EXPERT ADVISOR

Dear sir

pls check attached indicator. In that indicator there is small circles for trend.

In color code that colors ae available at 8 and 9 number. can u make EA for this indicator.condition is
when sky blue circle appear then buy , when tomato colour appear sell signal. all signals are close on opposite signal.

Reques to make EA for this condition.

Can you provide the EX4 version or any other implementation that is NOT coded?

Sorry for the typo, I need MQ4, not the EX4...
