Help! multiple period RSI indicator with alerts signals

So the idea is to have one RSI indicator window containing at least 3 settings for 3 individual rsi periods with their own overbought and oversold levels respectively....and their own signal arrows appearing on the main chart with alerts.

Modification settings in the indicator should include:
Rsi 1 = { PERIOD }
Overbought = { Level }
Oversold = {Level}
Arrow overbought = { True/False }
Arrow oversold= { True/False }
(Arrows paint on chartscreen above candle)
Alert notification = {True/False }

Overbought = { Level }

Respective Colours for each rsi period. This is gonna be great for catching spikes in trades.
