covert mq4 file to mq5

hi Apprentice i have this mq4 file of a repainting indicator named stablefx but i need it for mt5 so would you please be kind and convert it to mq5 file ?
i also have the mt4 non repainting version but i am interested in the repainting one so no need to fix the repainting issue just the exact conversion is great for me
